Project: Applications are invited for a PhD Studentship in the Department of Clinical Research of the University of Bern (http://www.dkf.unibe.ch/31/home.html).
The successful candidate will be involved in studies on signalling pathways involving Myc and receptor tyrosine kinases in pediatric cancer (embryonal tumors). The project will involve a combination of cell biology and molecular biology, including RNAi and DNA microarrays. Recent publications from the laboratory include: Marinov et al. Clin. Requirements: Master degree in Science or Biomedical Sciences or equivalent. Applicants must be eligible for registration as PhD student to the Graduate School of Bern (see also www.gcb.unibe.ch)
Offer: We offer support to successfully obtain a PhD degree of the Graduate School at University of Bern, Switzerland. Salary will be according to SNF guidelines.
